    I purchased the ANY KEY system at the end of 2012 or early 2013 but never pursued it. Now I’ve decided to make use of my investment. I noticed however Volume 3 documentation is missing. I have the CD’s but not the pdf. Would you provide it or the link of me to download it?

      In terms of what you have, please let us know. The Any Key Music System consists of 16 CDs and 3 Booklets.

      Volume 1 “The Foundation” (4 CDs + 1 Booklet)
      Volume 2 “Numbers and Ear Training” (3 CDs + 1 Booklet)
      Volume 3 “Melodies and Ear Training” (4 CDs)
      Volume 4 “Chords” (5 CDs + 1 Booklet)

    Robert: I have some serious problems. Not about your program; I think it is great. I did not finish CD 3. I clicked that by mistake. But the problem is I simply can not get the computer programs to run. For a few weeks it would run pretty good, and I could do my studies. But now, no matter what I click on it will (maybe) run only a little bit. You start speaking and it stops, maybe 20 seconds later it will run another 10 seconds and stop, then just stop. I am getting very frustrated; I WANT to complete the program. I WANT to learn to play piano. As you know I bought your 16 CDs by download, then added the 2year extension. I WANT your information. Could you offer me some kind of deal to just send me the 16 CDs (not downloads) for maybe an additional payment. Please make me a special offer. The frustration is overwhelming. Thanks

      Hi Jack,

      Sorry for the inconvenience.

      I believe you’re saying that the online instruction is starting and stopping. If you’re talking about the audio portion, the good thing is you have the 16CD download. The benefit with this is you don’t have to use your internet to access that portion of the AKMS training. So I would recommend following the online schedule, however for the recommended exercises, use the coinciding tracks in the download that you have. You don’t need to purchase additional CDs for that.

      If you’re saying that the video training portion is starting and stopping, unfortunately we can’t really help with that because 99% of the time that has to do with the students internet connection speed and/or their computer or device they may be using. Perhaps you can try another computer and let us know if it persists.

    i was a little shy in the beginning but now i just have to comment this! i just got done with Vol.3 CD.1 in only 4 months as a beginner practising 1 – 3 hours every day. I can see results and i´m already playing a little bit of canon in D (by ear of course). thanks for making this program and i hope i get more results.

    Completed cd 1 v.3

    Wow, that was easier than I thought. Amazing how my ears have developed in the 8 months I’m working with the AKMS. Have the first 11 notes of the solo, but doing the rest on my own seems to be too difficult at this point. Finish V.3 first and then come back to it.
