Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Anykeymusic.com (Any Key Music Services; AKMS) sometimes referred to as the “Service.” This is your agreement with Anykeymusic.com, owner of the Anykeymusic.com, Anykeymusic.com/membership, Members.anykeymusic.valuaddon.com,  Websites. By joining the Website and continuing to use it you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement and any changes we may make from time to time (“Agreement”).

CD/DVD Sales Policies

  1. - Our goal is to help Master The Art of Playing Piano By Ear.  Should you feel that the lessons you purchased is not helping you achieve that goal or that the CD/DVDs are damaged, please contact us within 30 Days for a refund or exchange. 
  2. - To obtain a refund, please contact us at 647-260-0693 before sending back your order to receive confirmation. Orders returned without proper or prior confirmation will be refused. CDs/DVDs must be in their original packaging. Damaged CDs/DVDs will be refused. Shipping charges are non-refundable and it is your responsibility to pay for shipping product back to Any Key Music.

Downloadable Products Sales Policies

  1. - Since there is no way to recover a product once downloaded, we believe in honesty and integrity of our customers, therefore we will still offer refunds within 30 Days for downloaded purchases.
  2. However, we will legally dispute and refuse refunds to those with fraudulant Download activity.
  3. If you have difficulty downloading your purchase, simply contact us and we will help you.

Membership Policies

  1. - Trial memberships are completely free and DO NOT automatically convert into a paid account (UNLESS CLEARLY STATED). If you have a free trial membership, you will not be billed. There is nothing that you need to cancel. You will not be charged.

  2. - Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term. For instance, if you signed up for a monthly membership on May 20th, a month from your signup date (June 20th at 12AM EST midnight), you will be billed again. You can cancel at any time and it is your responsibility to cancel your membership. You must cancel your account at least 2 business days prior to renewal to ensure that you are not billed again.

  3. - There is a 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on AKMS Memberships If Purchaser At Least Completes Up To 3-4 Weeks of Volume 1 or 2 and Does not See Improvements .  However if you plan on starting AKMS and not doing any of the exercises, PLEASE DO NOT JOIN; you will not get any results if you don't do the work.  100% of the people who complete AKMS Volumes 1, 2 and 3 are able to Play By Ear and in Any Key.  

  4. - There are No Refunds On or After 30 Days for memberships; whether used or unused. Please sign up for a FREE trial membership, Free Webinar or view many AKMS videos on YouTube before making the decision to join.

  5. - You authorize "Any Key Music", "Any Key Music via Paypal", "Any Key Music via Stripe", "Any Key Music via Value-Addon", "Any Key Music via Paykickstart", to charge your credit card or other approved payment method for all costs and charges you lawfully owe, until this Agreement is cancelled or terminates. You are responsible for informing Customer Service (info@anykeymusic.com or 647-260-0693) at least 2-3-days before renewal to avoid being charged for the next auto-renewal.

  6. - You understand that the Any Key Music System (AKMS) membership is a subscription service. If you choose to sign up for a monthly membership (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, All-Access, etc.), you understand and authorize that your account will automatically renew until cancelled, and give permission for such billing transactions to take place.

  7. - The system is not setup to send an email before payment, so please make a note of your renewal payment date or visit your account to view your active memberships and purchase history.

  8. - Non-recurring memberships DO NOT auto-renew. These memberships are billed only once. At the end of the term, your membership to Anykeymusic.com will be cancelled and you will lose access to the site. Upon cancellation, all material, downloads or other membership “benefits” will be deleted from your account.

  9. - Your account needs to be in an active state in order to access any WEBINARS.   However, you are free to continue to enjoy whatever Free AKMS material becomes available.

Membership Site Usage:

  1. - Our memberships are for individual use only. If you are a school or private studio, please contact us for a discounted bulk rate.

  2. - Other practices may be relevant in determining Legitimate Use and AnyKeyMusic reserves the right to take any unlawful, prohibited, abnormal or unusual activity into account in making its determination. AnyKeyMusic may at its option, terminate its relationship with you, or may suspend your subscription immediately if it determines you are using your subscription contrary to this agreement or AnyKeyMusic’s Terms of Use. Where reasonable, AnyKeyMusic will provide you with notice of improper usage before suspension or termination of your subscription and, if appropriate, JAnyKeyMusic may offer you an alternative subscription.

  3. - Downloading lessons without authorization, using a screen-capture program to ‘save’ the movies or trying to view movies that you are not subscribed to is prohibited and may result in termination of your account without refund. The system tracks usage and any abuse of the system will result in a temporary or permanent locking of your account.

  4. - Using profanity, or posting rude remarks on the forums or any other community on this site is prohibited and may result in termination of your account without refund. Our goal is to keep this a place where everyone of all levels canlearn in a non-threatening environment.

  5. - All materials appearing throughout AnyKeyMusic.com other than public domain material and electronic messages, is the copyrighted property of AnyKeyMusic.com or of those credited as providers. These materials are strictly for the noncommercial home use of you, the Member, and except as expressly permitted in this Agreement may not be copied, redistributed or used in any way, in whole or part, without the prior written consent of AnyKeyMusic.com.

  6. - Member accepts the Services of the AnyKeyMusic.com Websites “as is, where is” and at Member’s own risk. Members are liable for the consequences of their activities and/or their breach of this Agreement notwithstanding termination of services.

Member represents and warrants that he or she:

  1. - will not violate any applicable laws or regulations of any state or federal legislature or regulatory body;

  2. - will not redistribute the material on the site to anyone;

  3. - will not plagiarize, violate or otherwise infringe upon the trademark, copyright, or any other rights of any person, firm or entity, expressly including libel, slander or invasion of rights of privacy, publicity or “moral rights (droit moral)”.

  4. - CHARGEBACKS: Your IP address is recorded along with timestamp of your transaction. We will use this information when dealing with chargebacks. If a purchase was made in error, please contact us immediately at: info@anykeymusic.com and we will be happy to help.

  5. - AnyKeyMusic.com can terminate your subscription or access to all or part of the service at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion.

  6. - AnyKeyMusic.com will make all reasonable efforts to have the Services available on a 24-hour basis, excluding normal network administration and system down time, but if access is suspended or interrupted, liability will be limited to restoring access to the Services as soon as practical.

  7. - Member will indemnify AnyKeyMusic.com, its providers and its corporate affiliates and employees against any losses arising out of any claim which if proved true would constitute a breach of any of Member’s representations and warranties above.

  8. - ANY KEY MUSIC SERVICES may update this Terms of Use from time to time. Customers and Web Site users are encouraged to review these Terms of Use and the entire Agreement on a periodic basis for modifications. ANY KEY MUSIC SERVICES  shall make commercially reasonable efforts to inform you of any significant updates to this Terms of Use.

  9. - All transactions made with ANY KEY MUSIC SERVICES are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to its conflict with the laws of any other jurisdiction.

  10. - No employee or agent of ANY KEY MUSIC SERVICES has the authority to vary any ANY KEY MUSIC SERVICES policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
  11. ANY KEY MUSIC SERVICES is not responsible for typographic errors.

  1. This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Any Key Music does not screen, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their appearance on the website and Comments do not reflect the views or opinions of Any Key Music, its agents or affiliates. Comments reflect the view and opinion of the person who posts such view or opinion. To the extent permitted by applicable laws Any Key Music shall not be responsible or liable for the Comments or for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.
